The Founder of Taekwon-Do General Choi Hong Hi had a 'best ever student' called Pioneer RHEE KI HA (FGMR). This man, an original pioneer — the first Korean to leave Korea with Taekwon-Do on his passport as an occupation — was the father of European as well as British Taekwon-Do.
Pioneer RHEE KI HA (FGMR) was the first person ever to be promoted to Grand-Master by the founder, and has only ever promoted two people to that rank: Grand-Master Paul Cutler and Grand-Master Ray O'Neill.
Both Grand Masters are the instructors of MYSTIC-EAGLE's Chief Instructor, promoting him to 4th and 5th Degree Black-Belt respectively as part of A.C.E. Taekwon-Do. This is a pedigree MYSTIC-EAGLE is proud to uphold.
