Kup Grades (Colored Belts): The journey begins at 10th Kup (White Belt) and progresses through to 1st Kup (Red Belt with Black Tag). Each level represents growing knowledge and skill in the art of Taekwon-Do.
Tag System: Between solid colored belts, students earn “tags” (stripes) on their current belt, marking progress toward the next full belt rank. This provides intermediate milestones and recognition.
Dan Grades (Black Belts): After 1st Kup, students test for 1st Dan (Black Belt). The journey continues through higher degrees, each requiring years of dedication and demonstrable mastery.
